Ummm... How about background checks? Doesn't seem like they had the first idea about who this guy was before they let him work with the GIRL scouts. Shouldn't the have WOMEN helping them?

The Girls Scouts administration office also states men are welcome to be volunteers, but when working directly with girls, an unrelated female role model is also present.

So, where was the adult female when this happened?
