They're All Dead: Christopher Keeley posts lots of photos of and commentary about the many friends he has made and lost during his years in the intervention business. Everyone pictured is dead and includes the reasons they died. Some of the pictures contain nudity and are NSFW.

I myself can count one that hung himself, two that OD'd and died alone, not to be discovered for days- and several more that happen to be doing it slowly.
Most went back out after taking pain meds like Oxycontin and vicodin.
