Maybe spirulina, the 'super food' would pass as a similar product too! Quorn is just a giant vat of fungus grown and textured to look like meat...then sold as a substitute.<br/><br/>Applying this conecpt to other eukarya is inevitable! I'm fine with it, since its all the same to me, as long as it tastes nice (and has the added benefit of helping the environment) I'll eat it!<br/><br/>I'm glad they actually gave a time frame, so many articles seem to think revolutionary stuff like this is around the corner!
