I've never really noticed this.

I just know I'll get tipsy off a sipsy if I haven't eaten anything all day.

I don't know if I get drunk faster on some alcohol than others, but I sure do get different kinds of drunk.

With wine and Vodka, I'm mellow.

With Tequila I say whatever comes to my mind and some weird stuff comes to my mind

With beer, I turn into "Biker b***h from Hell" (that's American Beer, German Beer just makes me giggle like champagne).

I read this and I was trying to imagine what it would sound like if champagne giggled. Teehee!

Vodka and Sangria mixed 50-50 turns me into a real
sweet talking Casanova. It's really quite pathetic.

I only have 3 stages.

Sober: Self explanitory

Tipsy: Happy go lucky and good natured

Drunk: In and out of consciousness and generally useless.

There may be an in between phase somewhere but I either drink enough to feel tipsy or, on rare occasions, get fuggin' wasted.

Back in the day, mind you-

I did a LOT of research on this subject..

Jager- Standards remover. Would try to sleep with anything remotely female by the end of the night.

Gin- Mean and sarcastic. I used my personality as a means of enforcing celibacy.

Beer- Never enough of it, never stayed with it. After about six Lagers, my genius beer logic kicked in and I'd decide it was shot time.

Yukon Jack- Fell in love with it, and in turn- With every woman around me.

All dark booze(whisky, scotch, wine, etc.) gives me a hangover. Rum makes me dumb...and turns my libido into an atomic cannon.

I'm one of those rare people who can drink gin... and not taste it! A gin and tonic goes down like water... the only thing I taste is the lime.

HOWEVER, I can't drink anything with rum in it! To me, it is just way too sweet, and makes anything it touches foul.

Yet, I have no problem with Sambuca (which I like to enjoy after a beer or two).

As for how they affect me... eh, I'm a lightweight, so they all hit me pretty hard... which keeps my waist and my wallet pretty happy.

My drinking more or less enhances my mood reguardless of what I drink. Tequilla would be the quickest. Captain and coke would be my favorite. I also have stages of being drunk, but they all end with the "I love you man's".

...is that why we go through a case of rum a week around the house??? *goes off to quiz honey*

I know that Gin is almost like a high rather than a drunk, for me. And last time I had a shot of tequila, I had to sit down for a little while because I almost barfed all over the bar. I really don't get how people can drink that lol. Although, I am sure that I haven't tried "the good stuff".

I can use any alcohol for that lol. Especially if it is someone hitting on a friend and she is way too hammered to defend herself. I usually step in and am really mean.

I've been drinking rum and coke all night so maybe i'm biased :S

Knob is good, but a little pricier. Pretty much I'll drink anything whiskey :P
