They let you download torrent files onto their servers. When the download is complete, you can download the files from ImageShack via an http link.
Each month, you can download a maximum of 15GB to your computer, and the storage on ImageShack’s servers is also limited to 15GB.

Nice. Imageshack is what i use for all my pictures (for posting) so it's nice that I can use it for something else.

good news: it's free, and can be anonymous
the bad:
5gb disk, 10gb bandwidth
(who needs more bandwidth than disc space, unless you want to download the file from their servers twice?!)
EDIT: actually, it looks as if the 5GB disc space means that the max you can DL at any given time is 5GB, not the actual amount that can get written on their servers during the course of the month. although this means that you can make use of the full 10GB of bandwidth, you won't be able to DL full DVD rips.

The best part of it is that you can selectively download files within the torrent.
