That would have been hard for any parent. Too often we see parents who 'defend' their kids no matter what. These did the right thing and turned to authorities when they realized it was out of their control. Perhaps they turned a blind eye to some of the warning signs, it's all part of being a parent that we tend to dismiss things which others would see as red flags. These two stopped a potential catastrophy before it happened.

Bravo parents. Bravo. I wish you the best in your future, I can imagine there is going to be some rocky roads ahead.

This is avoidable if we were to breed a society of just pretty girls and give one of them to each high school kid.. just to help them make it to college.. soo joking by the way..

they've never had any problems... he's one of the best students... Well maybe people will learn that smart kids have problems and get angry too. I hate it when people look at a kid's grades and decide they must be fine if they get A's.
