Did Obama Payoff A Campaign Contributor With State Funds?
Did Obama Payoff A Campaign Contributor With State Funds?
The media's worship of Obama is quickly dying off. In answer to this "hard-hitting expose", yeah he probably did and it is incredibly offensive and should be illegal. The problem is every single politician from dog catcher to POTUS has done the same thing.

-Of course this is just proof #1419 that his "change" consists of a change in payees not a change in politics. picked by 2manyusernames 6 months ago

THANK YOU.

Just because the color of the president is different, it doesn't mean that real change is going to happen. Particularly when you stoop to the level of politics every other politican does.

Probably.

However in all political fairness I think you should also look into McCains dealings with an Arizona billionaire Donald Diamond.

Political payoffs are unfortunately a very common problem. They are not illegal but certainly questionable ethically.

Mr McCain is promoting himself as "Mr Straight Talk." That's in the same league as nailing Obama because his motto is change.

The entire country isn't infatuated with McCain though.

The Republicans don't really like him lol. They're just fighting against Hillary/Obama, because they know McCain's out in four years.

Exactly that is why I said *every* politician does this. Sure someone will pop up here and say their is some sort of Mr Smith, however they are deluding themselves. People/organizations make donations because they expect to see value for their money.

Even if it isn't cash, people bring in votes because they expect a quid pro quo.

It is wrong and I'd love to see it made illegal, but trying to decide which benefited solely because of the donation would be difficult. Still...

That's it I'm running for congress on an honest platform.

"My fellow Americans, I am here today to tell you that I am completely for sale. Big energy want to send me a hundred grand? You'll never see a EPA fine again! Crazy white supremacists want a memorial built on the state house steps? If the price is right, I'll lobby for you! Make us vulnerable to terrorist attacks. Sure, why not, but you'd better pay the piper. I'll do it. I'll do anything for your vote. Your vote and a nice check that is. Now Congress is completely for sale. Our prices are insane!!! So come on out to my rally this Sunday! Sunday! Sunday! and write me a check and ask me to do something. I'm here for you (you being the highest bidder). Oh, and uh...God bless America."
