Oh nice! As an American, I am totally all about visiting all the new and amazing tourist destinations in Dubai. What could possibly go wrong?

damn, I hate to say it, the States have got to step their game up big time. We don't have any new Architecture wonders or new worldly attractions. Nor do we have any planned out in the near future.......

As for saftey - pleae refrain from un-researched blanket statements: I hate to be condescending, but do you really think that the worlds richest businesses and investors would move to Dubai if it was unsafe? Think disney or Vegas, not bombs and shootings

Yeah, but consider THIS: If you are a terrorist and you want to mess up westerners and you hate other arabs who pander to the west and who are influenced by it, where is the easiest place to try to blow up?

Sandossu, just to make aware, I've pm'd you to explain why you've been receiving downvotes from me but I'll mention a few points here.

Your username here is the name of your website = Self-promotion every time you post.

On your website you wrote this article, 9 Tips To Gain Exposure, which pretty much sums up the reasons for your posts and comments on Plime and a hundred other social/news websites you regularly spam and participate on for shameless self-promotion.

You've been spoken to nicely by several people on here and directed numerous times to the FAQ's but you've still submitted (sneakily mixed in with a legit posts) links to your own site/articles you've written.

Using your site name as your username on here allows you to self-promote each and every time you comment/post and that's just not what plimes about, IMO, which explains to you my downvotes.

Just thought I'd give you a heads up to why I've been downvoting your submissions in case you missed the pm I sent you.

The website is called like that, because this is my nickname and that's the reason I also use it as a username.

Doggylives is incorrect. You can indeed use sandossu as your username. You couldn't use sandossu.com as your user name, but just "sandossu" is fine.

I didn't say he couldn't use that name, hell who am I to say he can't in the first place. My issue is with someone who self-promotes continuously and who's sole purpose for being on plime is self-promotion.

I pointed out his UN as it is exactly the same name as his site and he's self-submitted a few times and had it nicely pointed out to him. Hell, go to his website that's linked in his Bio page and read the article he wrote about how to self-promote and not be noticed.
