Although I seriously doubt extended jail time would make criminals repent, such dangerous people need to be kept away from society. If that means killing them, or a life sentence, I don't care, but they need to be kept away from society.

So is Jordan the new backwoods of kentucky? A 24 yr old guy kills his 16 yr old cousin because she wouldn't marry him and instead married another relative?!!?! And I thought we had messed up laws. So in theory, a 30 year old man can marry his 16 yr old cousin, then stab her to death because he caught her with his other cousin and do less than a year in jail because it was a crime of passion? No statuatory laws, nothing about inncest, and as long as you don't plan the murder ahead of time you can do less jail time than someone who was deceived into sleeping with an underage girl ( and she's still alive and NOT his relative)?
