Having said that...This was apparently an honest mistake, not some deliberate action taken. I can't see how money would make a difference.

I agree with Maven. I can see how it could be pretty upsetting to find out that you were switched at birth but is it really worth millions and how is it going to make it all better?

Typically you need to prove damages in order to collect.

A) Maven and clscott have been twin sisters for their whole lives, they love each other only like siblings can. (shut up DEP and Doggylives)

B) One day Maven finds out that eljay is her real twin, but she never knew her before then

Does Maven love clscott any less? How about vice versa? eljay might be weirded out due to a new found "relative", but really does she suddenly share a sibling bond with either of the two others? Does clscott suddenly not love Maven anymore?

I'm not seeing a lot of damages here.
