I've looked at a lot of applications to the grocery store I used to work at. The most commonly misunderstood question was "Have you ever worked under another name?" meaning like a maiden name or something of that nature. We had a lot of answers like, Pizza Hut and Subway's. I also saw a lot of applications for highschool boys that were definitely filled out by their mothers.

Classic. :P

Glad you guys had a good laugh out of this. It was such a fun list to put together, the only reason I stopped at 150 was because I had to stop somewhere.

I see a lot of interesting things on resumes. Once, an applicant had handed in a three-page resume, with bloodstains on it. Another had personal references named things like "Captain Sparkle", with no phone numbers or addresses.
