Hahahahaha, some people are sooo weird. Though I really can't understand how this guys bail is set at $75,000. Seems a bit excessive.

It does seem quite odd to run around with syringes spraying peoples feet! I would have to agree that a 75k bail seems ludicrous. He must have had some sort of rap sheet for similar crimes.

Seriously though, I guess the bail was set that high because of the charges that were made against him; maybe those are a bit excessive.

On the other hand, a grown man running around with salt water filled syringes? He's a lunatic, better make sure you lock him up until everything is sorted out. Sounds like he needs a nice place in a mental institution.
