Well considering he had the help of his guide dog and a fully sighted person (and he is legally blind - not fully blind) climbing the mountain wasn't much more difficult than it would be for anyone else.

Not saying it was easy, it was damn hard, and he is obviously in good physical shape. Just saying that of course being legally blind isn't much of a deterrent to being led up a mountain.

what's really caught my attention was this:

Wimmer and Diego say they will also be using their trips to document the effects of pollution, raising money for UNICEF and raising awareness about climate change.
it's pretty inspiring to me because i've got all my limbs and abilities in tact, and i'm just pretty freakin' lazy.
