Well its a smart business idea, but it's kind of a ripoff. You put all your coins into the machine and they give you a ticket where you can cash it in for actual dollar bills. The catch is they deduct 8 cents per dollar. Basically you're taking currency that you can spend anyway and paying somebody 8 cents per dollar to turn into dollar bills.
