Are the threats really necessary? Yes, he did something horrible. But what do threats do? (That's not a call to arms to go out and injure people who do horrible things)

Ok, I admit that this guy is an obvious sleaze ball given his history. However, is there a good argument against allowing this sort of evidence? I mean, we have to allow a defendant to present whatever evidence he/she thinks will exonerate them, right? I think he may have a valid point, actually. And instead of having to display his erect penis to the entire courtroom, why not make a cast?

Plastic cast seems kind of unnecessary unless they plan to give it to people who know what they are talking about in the injury caused by rape with too large of a penis, I think they plan on showing it to the judge, jurors, and lawyers and such to whom I can't imagine it would mean too much.

Mildly too late. Sorry you've had to deal with such things. But I think that people who want to do terrible things to people who commit terrible crimes are just perpetuating the whole violent crime thing.
