I've said it before, though; and I'll say it again. Yes graffiti is art, but if someone ever put some of this art on the side of my house I'd be kicking their f**king ass.

That's the thing, it's art; but it's also destructive of property. Abandoned buildings are fair game as far as I'm concerned, and beleive it or not bars and tatoo shops and skate shops would probably be willing to allow (and maybe even pay) a graffiti artist to paint something on their building. In one of the episodes Malcolm McClaren (ex Sex Pistols manager) got up to make a speech to this tiny religious community and called them all boring b*****ds, said they should all take drugs then got wrestled off stage by the harbour master.
