I just downloaded an ass-load of them. Great find! I'm probably going to get charged out the ass from my cell company, but oh well, its worth it!

You can do this with any torrent program and Audacity. I upload all my ringtones straight from my own music.

Verizon in their infinite wisdom, has prevented any files sent from these sites from becoming ring tones, sure you can play them, but only songs from their sanctioned music stores can be set on my phone as ring tones.

Or that would be the case, but a nice usb cable from the manufacturer of the cell phone, and BitPim, and I can have whatever my sick sick mind can think up.
