I saw this the other day and was very confused.

Whilst it's true that Babbage didn't ever get round to building his difference engine, other people did.

The first mostly working version was completed in 1998. The last detail, a printer, was added in 2002

I was confused as to whether there was anything that made this different, or if it is just* a second copy.

*Not using "just" in a dismissive sense here.
