I've been quiet until now, but from looking at the articles you submit here and a ton of other sites under various names, your activity here, your profile on various sites, it really appears that you have a connection to many of the sites you post.

I will make the point though that every other day driving has been going on in Mexico City for many years, and it's still terribly polluted, to the point that it's even hard to breathe INDOORS. Hopefully Bejing isn't doing too much, too late.

So one third of the plates are neither odd or even and can drive all the time?
