"This is a very unusual incident. Normally, the crocodiles are very friendly and do not harm people.''
Since when are crocodiles friendly?

Kabir said about 25 people dived into the pond following the attack yesterday, but could not find the man's body.
I hope they made it clear to the croc that they weren't there to be blessed!

Reminds me of a childhood song (sing along if you know it...)

She sailed away
On a sunny summer's day
On the back of a crocodile.
You see, said she,
It's as tame as it can be
I'll speed him down the Nile!
Well, the croc winked his eye
As she bade them all goodbye,
Wearing a happy smile....
And at the end of the ride,
The lady was inside,
And the smile was on the crocodile!

Since we're at it - here's my favorite "eaten by a croc" song by the Arrogant Worms:

rippy the gator

hi kids! welcome to the uncle bobo show! are you ready to sing? come on, let´s go!
billy and his family
went on a holiday
they went down to florida
to laugh and dance and play
bill went in for a swim
he didn´t see the harm
but when he came back out again
he was short an arm!

´cause rippy the gator went chomp, chomp, chomp!
rippy the gator went chomp, chomp, chomp!
passing the time by ending children´s lives
down in the bottom of the swamp, swamp, swamp..

billy and his father
went out to play some catch
but billy missed the pass
because his arm was unattached
the ball flew past his shoulder
and it rolled into the swamp
when he went wading after it
his leg became a stump!

´cause rippy the gator went chomp, chomp, chomp!
rippy the gator went chomp, chomp, chomp!
passing the time by ending children´s lives
down in the bottom of the swamp, swamp, swamp..

billy and his father
joined a three-legged race
they were tearing up the field
no one could keep the pace
but billy tripped and did a flip
and landed in the muck
he was running out of limbs
and also out of luck!

´cause rippy the gator went chomp, chomp, chomp!
rippy the gator went chomp, chomp, chomp!
passing the time by ending children´s lives
down in the bottom of the swamp, swamp, swamp..

billy was all dirty
he really had to wash
but he couldn´t use a towel
´cause his limbs had been gnawed off.
he went into the water
to get all clean and bright
but when he was finished
he was only half his height.

´cause rippy the gator went chomp, chomp, chomp!
rippy the gator went chomp, chomp, chomp!
passing the time by ending children´s lives
down in the bottom of the swamp, swamp, swamp..

billy´s father rolled his wheelchair
up upon a hill
he wanted to take bill
where he would not get killed
but he left him on a slope
and into a swamp he rolled
they dragged out his head
but there was nothing down below!

´cause rippy the gator went chomp, chomp, chomp!
rippy the gator went chomp, chomp, chomp!
passing the time by ending children´s lives
down in the bottom of the swamp, swamp, swamp..
passing the time by ending children´s lives
down in the bottom of the swamp
(down in the swamp..)

mmhmm...i see.

There are so many parts to this story that are just krazy to me, lol. I guess most people aren't eaten there 'often' b/c the crocs are so full from goats and chickens usually.

I know gators and crocodiles are different, but I can't help but hum to the tune of...

Rippy the gator went chomp, chomp, chomp
Rippy the gator went chomp, chomp, chomp
Passing the time by ending childrens lives
Down in the bottom of the swamp, swamp, swamp

Edit: and beaten to it.

A man went into a pond where crocodiles live, was eaten alive, and people were surprised by this? Which is scarier? The man who got eaten, or the people who were surprised that such a thing happened?

I DO believe these words were put in the 10 Commandments for a reason. ESPECIALLY if that graven image has TEETH!!!!!!

What an ultra-marroon, what a nin-cow-poop.
