I would presume that they would've had to have police or some kind of permission to shoot the scenes in a public area. This way no laws would've been broken, people would've been turned away or informed of what was going on.
This is just a presumption but I would expect it to have gone through the proper channels to get permission and I think the police are kinda denying it since there is such an outrage over it. Im more meant...if she is so worried about a contaminated slide...she shouldn't let her kids go down any...because I'll bet you dollars to donuts that there is teenage ass spread all over that slide EVERY Saturday night.
