I don't understand why it is legal to sue Dell corporation and serve some kiosk clerk. Don't you need to serve the registered agent of the corporation?
If someone was suing Pat Dori, could they serve his kid, or perhaps his roommate?
Even if they served the kiosk, why the heck wouldn't the people have let Dell know?
I think there was obviously grounds for a successful appeal, but they felt it was easier to settle.

lol, apparently the kiosk guys were equally as slow to send the court papers to the headquarters as the customer service is slow to help with complaints.
