Maybe its because I'm on the other side of the pond but the phrase "salad-growing complex" seems a tad strange. How does one go about growing a salad? :)

I was more impressed by the photo on the bottom of the page about the woman who died giving birth. gross, but intriguing.

I thought that was about growing salads at first.
