ARG! Makes me so angry when some stoopid high school twerp can gain access to this drug when people who are in REAL pain are refused it because their doctors "don't want them to get addicted"!!!

As if! When you have a chronic condition which will NEVER END, getting "addicted" to pain relief is the least of your worries! And most opioid drug users do NOT become dependent on them, if they are aware of the possibility and well regulated!

Like when I left the hospital after surgery, the doctors kept pushing Vicodin on me, despite 5 days of me telling them, no thanks, it does nothing for the pain and makes me want to take more!

So they gave me Darvocet. I took one during my recovery, and had one recently due to extreme fibromyalgia pain. Two pills. In 6 months. Yeah, I'm an addict....
