I cannot find any other reference to this story other than copied web sites from the original. Strange it's not on the BBC as it would seem to be a major story!

Checked Associated Press and Reuters. Nothing. Not sure what this site is, but it's either got some EXTREMELY breaking news, or it's facts can't be verified so the major wire services aren't carrying it.
