Generally speaking - key word being generally, posts that are nothing more than a single video should be in the forum. The same as single pictures, single jokes, and the like.

As mentioned video posts that are long, are part of a series, fits some sort of weekly theme, or are connected with an article/story/etc can be posted to the front page.

I sense a revolt in the making, so am taking another kinder, gentler tack.

Several forum threads include single (or even multiple) video links, as well as single photos, single jokes etc. This is where these things have traditionally gone, in deference to the rules set up in the FAQs. It’s not an “elder” vs “noob” thing. It’s just how Plime was set up. Please respect it.

You've made fun of cellists?! Violin, yeah, clarinet, yeah, but cello!? Seriously?! Dude, cellists are the coolest type of musician there is. I really think certain personality types gravitate toward certain instruments, and really, cellists are super weird, fun, and just plain awesome.

Just ask Subobisis!

Edit: And yeah, Apocalyptica freaking rocks. That's awesome that you got to see them live! When I was in high school, a fellow cellist friend and I got some Metallica sheet music for cello and did some awesome things. Not as awesome as Apocalyptica, but we sure tried :p
