All you need to do is go into the PlayStation Store conveniently located in your PS3 XMB and purchase the November episode of PlayStation Qore. It should be oot either the first or second Thursday of the month. You will then have to follow the instructions in the episode of Qore. That's all I can do for you for now, eh.
