Dress up like ^that^ guy, borrow his speech, and you got yourself a truely horrifying costume...

Those sick kids were fed melamine tainted baby formula daily...while still being so small that that was all they ate.
Ofcourse I'm not saying people should throw their brains away, but it's far from realistic to think some tainted candy will swipe all kids away this halloween...
