Researchers at Johannes Gutenberg University have suggested that frequent drinking of white wine may damage the teeth.
The effect is pH-mediated was exacerbated by brushing the teeth soon after drinking wine. Red wines were noted to be much less damaging to teeth, and the researchers suggest that the effect of white wine might be mitigated by the ingestion of calcium-rich cheese.

Used as a cure all in rural parts of Korea, it’s made by stuffing a hoard of two to three day old mice into a bottle of rice wine and leaving it to stew for, ooh, a good year or so.
After that you’ll have a ricey-mice concoction fit for… mentally scarring your own children.
