I cry foul. There's no way the spoon portion would actually hold 300 grams of flour, which means I'd have to keep scooping flour and adding the amounts up in my head. Not convenient.

It would be good for ingredients that are used in the teaspoon to tablespoon amounts.

And baking most items does not require this level of precision. Trust me!
