That place has no shutters at the windows, normal practice for a grow house is to have blacked out windows so no one can see the lights at night.

It's probably a neighbor who's seen bright lights on in there night after night and thought it was weird considering it's an empty, looks likes it's completely uninhabited to me, house and either had a look through the window and seen all the foil and vents and then called the cops.
