MKV aka The Flying Death Robot Of Doom
MKV aka The Flying Death Robot Of Doom
Either name is good - MKV means Multiple Kill Vehicle. Is that so as to distinguish it from the Single Kill Vehicle.

Looks like it's main purpose is to hover about 5ft up in the air and kill you to death with guns. picked by pocksucket 12 months ago

Seems like they'll have to get more than 15 seconds out of it for it to of any use.

I've not tried recently, but I think 15 seconds of being shot heavily would be enough to put a crimp on my day.

I jokingly thought to myself that this could be the real life version of the original Terminator, the T01. Surprise, when you click on the video you find that it's actually the T08! I guess the machine takeover is really just a matter of time now.

Shot with what? All the activity is stabilization rockets firing. It's cool, it hovers very nicely but it appears that's all it does. Weigh it down with weaponry and they might get 1 or 2 seconds of flight out of it.

When they use the technology to make something much bigger, that's when we need to be a little concerned.

Wow, I just had a briefing on this yesterday. :)

Only conceptually. The technology is just now catching up to the ideas.

It's fairly hard to hit a bullet with a bullet.

An Air Force captain gave a speech, a briefing, to my Astro class yesterday about US missile defense capabilities.

He didn't get into anything secret, or top secret for that matter. :(
