Fox plans to transmit the movie via radio dish as the first motion picture broadcast into deep space.
OK, when the Alpha Centaurians get back to us and say "It plays the sound OK, but there's no picture." I'm not going to help them update their codecs.

But other than that, anyone tempted to see this that hasn't seen the original, watch that instead and you'll see why it has been referenced in pretty much every Sci-Fi movie and TV show you've ever seen.

I know... The original was my favourite movie for years, and I'm terrified as to how badly this one will suck. I will see the new one on opening night, just so I can know...

I am looking forward to this movie, it's meant to be quite good.
