They did a whole hour show about this place on the Discovery Channel awhile ago. They showed it being built and all sorts of crazy stuff. Looks like it's gonna turn out to be a pretty cool place.

I'd like to know where they are getting all the fresh water for people who will live there. What are they drinking... oil??

That place will easily dwarf Las Vegas and yet Vegas is in a perpetual drought even with a fresh water source nearby. Add to that all the food and other stuff and you can imagine the logistic (shipping and supply) requirements that would be necessary to sustain that place.
