I will definitely say that the people putting up these signs definitely knew what they were doing and it was in bad taste. The pastor has a right to complain, and the people should cease from putting the posters up. I don't know how it works in South Africa, but in the USA that would be considered vandalism and the company that put up the posters would be fined, at the least, for it.
