I had a bit of a squint around too and couldn't find a recipe for it, but the Vietnamese do eat an eyeball soup.

I'd be intrigued to try.

Yeah, but then "pizza face" is not a compliment, so I guess that must look pretty gross too.

Although if they were both in front of me I might be more inclined to have a slice of pizza before the eyeball soup.

Unless it was eyeball pizza. In which case it wouldn't make a lot of difference.
