BRAVO to the girl and to the tribunal who precided over this case.

No 'money awards' for the little girl (who didn't really need them anyways) no punishment for the school (which tried, but failed) and yet a win in the girl's column as the tribunal tells the school that they failed.

THIS is the way things should be. She won, and the ability for the school to teach didn't get hurt in the process.

They got the abbreviation wrong though. The NCDS stands for the national dyslexic children's society.

I agree with the outcome of this case finally they realize not everything is worth money. The message has been sent, things should be done a little differently and you should try harder.

Now on the other hand, this child will have to learn that life is not going to be fair...deaf or not there are going to be many situations that just aren't fair and hopefully she doesn't grow up thinking every time something isn't fair you just have to sue the people. She has a difficult life ahead of her and she will have to learn to enjoy it for what it is.
