Its interesting how a word's meaning changes with time. Knowing the history of anything, be it a word or a civilization, can make life more interesting.

Picnic was a fake one. They checked it on snopes, it came from an entirely different origin.

Me: No, it used to mean that. Now it has evolved, and I'm using it correctly.

I find it hard to believe that buggery originated in Bulgaria.

Why couldn't they just use any of the slang terms that already existed for "buttf*cker".

Interesting that they only use words which directly evolved from the offensive word - as opposed to, say, "Mook", which has two meanings and two completely different origins.
