Woah - what you do in the cubicle is your own business.

As long as he wasn't taking all day in there or not cleaning himself properly then no harm, no foul. Whether he uses paper, water or a small puppy is not really his employer's business*.

I'm curious as to which parts of Europe he thinks don't have toilet paper though.

*Except the puppy thing. That's wrong. No matter how good it feels.

i use water and paper to dry, been told its the most hygienic. some doctors say they need to clean paper out of rectum before some procedures!
