Taking a statin prescription of a known, reliable and consistant daily dosage can never be replaced by these foods no matter how attractive and positive it sounds.

It's very important to maintain a consistant cholestorol level that is below 200. Taking a measured and approved dosage is the only sure way to establish and maintain it.

This sounds too much like Scientology.
