Wished I known about this site before - travelled on Thomas Cook Airlines last year and they served Sausages, Mash and congealed gravy at 8.00am for breakfast after a four hour delay - would have been even nicer at 4.00am!!

Unfortunately, going with them again in May so my camera will be at the ready!

There's a certain amount of luck of the draw there, I think. Unless you can identify a trend then I'd say the information is for, as they say, entertainment purposes only.

A few short months ago I took a long haul flight on Virgin Atlantic and it was just about as good as it can get if you're confined in a metal tube for 7 hours without respite.

Worst food I ever had a on a flight was on United Airlines (dry cereal, not milk - wtf was that?). I'd bet that at least one Plimate could say that they had a more than passable meal on UA.

Presumably on a day when they didn't have the cereal packets. That was just strange. Eating cereal out of a foil bag like it was peanuts.
