This is just stupid.

You can't compare statistics and come up with a claim like this and call it evidence.

How about people with unconventional names are more likely to be raised in an unconventional manner likely leading them into an adulthood where they may be inclined to commit crimes?

You can make up all sorts of "facts" based on statistics, they're still just statistics.
