Artist Allyson Mitchell is opening an exhibit at Hamilton's McMaster Museum of Art. The figures in her tableau are described as anatomically correct female sasquatch and are meant to evoke a sort of imaginary, utopian, dystopic community of lesbian, feminist, half-beast, half-women monsters.
