Shouldn't we move all the rabbits on that island to the city then? So they can live in peace too instead of being hunted on by the dogs with nowhere to run?

I can't help but thinking that if this is real, then there are some true idiots out there.

edit: after looking at some of the pictures on that site, it's pretty clear that they are all from different places. Man, am I happy this isn't real. The idea alone is insane.

But it *is* incredibly well done. And it gets people thinking, which isn't a bad thing.

For what it's worth:

I really wanted to believe this story because I love dogs and I am fascinated by their behaviour. Damn... and I quit my job and packed before xxxxxpp burst my bubble.

From the way it was written, and the site information provided, it was hard to believe. I can't imagine that many dogs getting along so well.

When you go back to the site with the mindset that it's all fake, there are signs just about everywhere. Still, it's incredibly well done and like all good lies contains just the right amount of truth.

When I read that "Dogs actually love hurricanes", I started having doubts about the website. My parents owned a Sheltie that had been tied outside, as a puppy, during the duration of Hurricane Hugo. He was terrified of storms his whole life, so I knew this was in no way true.

Did anybody read the directions to get there? That's when I knew it had to be fake. The whole website is disturbingly written. I'm really curious as to who put the site together now.

It may not be as wonderful as Dog Island but it's a start...

Dog's eating other dogs? If I loved my dog (which I do) I wouldn't send it there.
