Interesting read! It is both encouraging (and disturbing) to read some of the comments that were posted to that article.

There are clearly a lot of people who DO understand that sovereignty does not mean secession.... and many others who don't have a clue.

Note: Good article but the themepic beefcake wrapped in the flag is disturbing.

Ummm, the California Joint Resolution 44 is dated 1994. Nothing has really changed, and the Feds can still come into our state and arrest our citizens who are under compliance with state law, so what good is this?

Although I do adore the 9th and 10 Amendments! States Rights!
