A couple is accused of child abuse. It takes years of expensive court battles for the government to see what should taken 1 1/2 hours to see. Even though they were found innocent they are denied the return of their children because it took too long. HOW THE f**k CAN THIS BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN?
