2nd Grade Kids Bring Guns to School for Show 'n Tell

...the boy's parents said the gun came into their home over the weekend
Well, quit inviting strange fire arms into your house. Or lock the doors when you leave. Geez.

I hate it when that happens. You invite them in once to preach the good news, and then you can never get rid of them...

Following the school's zero-tolerance policy with weapons, both students have been suspended for no more than 10 days. The boy who brought the real gun will likely face expulsion.
eeehhmm....second grade elementary is what?
Seven year olds?

How can it be that the little kid who brought the loaded gun to school is suspended and/or expulsed? What about his parents? Aren't they the ones who are responsible?

(btw, where I live, both real guns and toy guns that look like real guns are forbidden, so the parents of both those children would've faced police charges)

Nice.

*eye roll*

It's time to start punishing parents for the acts of stupidity that their kids commit. They must have gotten it from somewhere.
