I learned my husband's uncle was born in the 1930's with cerebral palsy. He was raised at home, and was a part of my husband's life. He died before I could meet him, but every person I have ever met with CP was an intelligent, caring, sensitive and wonderful person.

I salute you and thank you, Mr. Nolan!
