Robin Williams will undergo heart surgery, according to his publicist. Williams will undergo an aortic valve replacement, the publicist said.

I love Robin Williams. I have and continue to thoroughly enjoy his outrageous humor since he was Mork! I hope all goes well for him. And if that doctor expects him to actually be still and really rest, he may want to consider heavy sedation! Get better Robin.
