That sucks. Having clips of TV shows and movies would probably just advertise the show or movie and give it more publicity.

And I hate how this stuff works. It's one thing to claim to have made something that you didn't make but it's another to find something cool and redistribute it without claiming to have had any part in making it.

And why shouldn't Viacom say that? They're not in business to entertain people. They're in business to make money, and they do that by selling advertising.

A TV program is nothing more than a way to lure people of a certain demographic and get them to watch advertisements targeted to them.
